MCD CAD Studio, is a CAD Drafting Company startup based in Florida. Founded in 2023, we've helped hundreds of firms in the United States and Canada Creating Floor Plans, AS IT IS modeling, 3D, Addition, remodeling, ADU, JADU, Rendering and more.
Where does MCD CAD Studio operate?
We create our Drawings in-house, our headquarter is in Florida, US, and we have our team who works remotely from different latitudes, most of them from Perú and we can assist anyone in the continental United States and Canada.
Can i really get your services in 1-3 days?
Services as, Modeling a house from 2D to 3D as it is, ADU, JADU, Addition, Remodelating, Renderings most of them, yes. We can do it.
What Software do you use?
We use most of the softwares out there. Autocad, Chief Architect, Revit, Archicad, Sketchup, Rhinoceros, D5, Lumion, etc.
Why MCD CAD Studio?
We are honest, you don´t need to pay us anything until we will have the job done. Also we are fast, since we have a lot of members in our team. Our CEO, had worked as framer builder since 2005, study architecture in different country and only have worked in the USA only, right now he is and licensed architect in Perú and working as freelance from 2020 in differente states.
Do you give free stimates?
That's right, with us you will not have the risk of losing your investment.
How much do you charge for drafting?
I believe we are the cheapest on the market, but let´s understand first drafting doesn´t mean designing.
Drafting is an service than can be drawing 2D from picture or lines draw by hand, most of the people who told us to do this kind of services are for AS IT IS plans.
If is drafting the services, we charge $1.00 per Sq.ft to $2.50/sq.ft
Do you do site visit for As Built services?
Yes, Only near to Florida state. Our field team will visit the property to do field measurements & document the space. We are available 7 days a week and scheduele between 11 am - 6 pm. We spend 2-4 hours on site depending on the property size.
